AWBI sent a notice on June 25, 2009 to GHMC for breaking almost all rules of ABC and for animal abuse.
GHMC has a Single Dog Pound in Zumerath Bazaar ( near Chudi Bazaar). All the Dogs from all over city were brought to into this pound.

East Zone AutoNagar Dog Pound
Central Zone Amberpet Dog/Monkey Pound
South Zone Zumerath Bazaar Dog Pound
West Zone Patancheruvu Dog Pound
North Zone Jeedimetla Dog/Monkey Pound
August 10th
Akshara sent email to FIAPO, AWBI and also forwarded to most of the people. CHFA also forwarded. Akshara’s photos (of Autonagar Dog Pound) which were taken during her visits on 29th July, 30th July and 9th August went sent as evidence.
Simultaneously Vijaya Devi Mamidi and Kalyana Krishna submit photos and videos (of Autonagar Dog Pound) taken during visits on July 31st and August 5th to AWBI.
CHFA volunteers submit videos (Dog eating puppy and Operated dog with intestines out) taken earlier in July Month to AWBI.
Following this, lots of animal lovers tell their experiences of their visits to Dog Pounds and express their support for animal welfare.

August 23rd
Vijaya Devi Mamidi , Shruthi and Kalyana Krishna visit to Autonagar Dog Pound, but were abused by Veterinary Officer Dr. P.Rama Krishna Rao and Asst. Director Dr. M. Kiran Kumar for exposing them.
Same day the photos regarding the visit were submitted.
August 29th
CHFA volunteer submits photographic evidence of Amberpet Dog Pound taken in month of July.
The same conditions are prevailing in remaining Dog Pounds as well.
