Avis, I made the call. There was nobody, except some lower level staff at that office. I warned them, but I don’t know how far they understood. Am now on a flight, and will have to switch off my phone. Will call again when I reach Delhi, but I hope it won’t be too late.
Somebody else call up please – tell him there’s a matter on at the Supreme Court, and there’s a stay against killing. Tell him that we’ll drag him too, in a contempt action.

Dear Sir,
I feel compelled to write this letter to show my hearty grief that my neighbors complaint against the stray dogs and people from panchayat killed them badly. I am writing to give details of the incidents of abuse that I aware of and plead to suggest some ways to help protect these animals at the most urgent needs. Being an animal-care society, we must have a more professional approach to tackle the problems.
The measures should be launched before it is too late. They will kill all the dogs brutally if the actions are not taken. All lives are equal. We must not watch them die without doing anything. It is barbarous if the people kill these animals as the world is not only for humans . Besides, the potential abusers may have violated the law of protecting animals.
Finally, I hope that you will take a top priority to the potential abuse. Thank you for your attention.
