In our efforts to continually improve our service, today we have launched our new support portal at 10.22 am. This will allow us to handle animal welfare issues and animal lovers in a more efficient manner. And we have introduced a number of advanced browsing and searching features.
Based on reader feedback and an extensive research study, we have refined the Portal’s user interface and more visibility for readers..
