Hi Madhu,

Thank you again for the prompt response and I truly agree with you on directing our energies to Indians. The best way to start contributing towards this cause is by starting it within in our home and locality and then cities and so on. Believe me I have taken the first step which is from my home and my next aim is to educate people around my locality.
The reason I asked you for the below information is because there are lot of Indians abroad who would like to contribute to this mission of ours. I totally agree with the fact that even in abroad there are homeless dogs who need home and a loving master. They too need to be taken care and I know a person who is actually very serious about it.

Manjula Aggarwal is a Sr. Vice President at Cvent and has taken a very good initiative. Please spread float this email so that people can read her story. Her website is http://www.bethebuddha.org

Stories like these not only inspire people but they also encourage people to adopt these animals. I have been fortunate enough to work under her guidance and it is she who has inspired me. She Recently got interviewed by Hindustan Times below is the link for the article
As about me I will always be working towards encouraging and inspiring people and for that I have started from my friends and my city only so please be rest assured. I will contact people here and will try to rope in as many people as I can here.
My goal is not to impress people of what I am doing my main goal is to give service and to help these dogs. It’s the sense of satisfaction that is of more importance which I get when I get involved in these activities.

Hi Madhu,

Hope this email finds you in good health.

I get your on a regular basis and I also try my level best to distribute the information to others. I got your email address from a friend of mine who is actively involved with the welfare of stray dogs in Delhi.

I happen to run a small restaurant and banquets in lucknow and about six months ago a stray dog met with an accident in front of it. We needed to get the medical treatment done urgently for which I contacted my friend who later emailed you to ask if I can get any help in lucknow. By gods grace I got the whereabouts of the vet hospital on time and were able to get the dogs treatment done.

We now have adopted him and he truly he is a very loavable dog indeed and has also mixed well with our two dogs which we already had. Now, what I want to know is that do you have any idea of any community or association of which I can be a part of so that I can try and see in what manner can I also help these stray dogs. The fact I am asking you this is because I hardly see any activist or event that takes place in lucknow to create awareness about it.

I want people to start loving dogs and not a particular breed and want to help encourage people to adopt more n more street dogs. So if you know some like minded people who are working for the same cause then please let me know because even I want to contribute to this nobale cause.

I am looking forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Abhishek Misra
