Found on the evening of 27 October In Golf Links (Khan Market area), New Delhi, this young, healthy male Rottweiler. He’s either a runaway or was abandoned, it’s hard to say. He was wearing a black leather collar with square metal studs. He’s a friendly little fellow, quite young, very confused. We are looking for his owners.
