Dear Maj. Gen.Kharb
This is to report to you about the brutality, lawlessness and insensitivity of La Lagune Apartment (Gurgaon) Security and administration. The complaint is based upon evidences and facts to substantiate below mentioned activities and cruelties which they committed and should be held liable for repeated cruelties despite the warnings given to them;
1. The threw out 2-3 days old pups away from their mother at the roadside. A chaiwala next to the apartments looked after then for a day or two after which he put them back with the mother who was feeding them.
2. The Apartment administration has outsourced the maintenanace and house keeping (CBRE) and the estate managers Ranjit and Deepak ordered the guards to throw the pups in the bin. Their mobile nos have been given at the end of the mail.. After explaining the correct way to the guards, we even had a meeting with deepak from CBR,who was given a copy of RWA guidelines on the strays and a copy of MCG Commissioners order passed in some similar case.in gurgaoan.We instructed him to put these informations on the guard rooms and in the office,but he ignored that.He even lied to us that he has not thrown out the dogs, even though he kept on doing it.
3. Sensing dishonesty in their attitude, We left our mobile numbers in case anyone would like to speak with us regarding this instead of taking a drastic step.
4. It is 10 days now and silently and hushed up manner all new born pups have been thrown away. As we approached them, that night they have beaten the dogs and shooed them far away. The neighborhood people have even seen them drowning pups in the manhole next to La lagune.When we made noise about the missing dogs, few dog hater residents banned our entry at la lagune.
5. Suspicious about whatever they did to the dogs, I and Alisha went to talk to the guards and administration. The guards and their supervisor named RATHI issued threats and intimidation to push us out. They were abnormally harsh and abusive with Alisha ( police report diary no is-0681,Police Station-sec-56 ).They told us that they didnt want to see anyone feeding the dogs or they would use physical violence.They even pushed me through my shoulder.He placed his finger on my shoulder and I called on 100 for police protection. Police came ignorantly took their side as is expected of 100 no. in Gurgaon.
6. The very next day we learnt through a dog lover who wants to be anonymous that they have either killed or thrown the mother and the two remaining new born puppies somewhere in the jungle side where they were taking them away.
7. We have videos to show how these security and residents got huge big fighter trained dogs to strangulate and kill these weak mothering stray dogs.A police complaint filed with ps-sec-56,diary no..0682 n photo attached)
Ironically, the police station at sec-56 is illiterate in animal laws, outdated in their sensitivities towards non-human species and easily accept cruelty as a way of life.
We request you to send a warning note to the SHO Police Station Sector 56, Gurgaon and The Commissioner Police to take URGENT ACTION against RATHI the supervisor at La Lagune and all those with him who perpetrated this cruelty.The police has also defied the Hon’ble Supreme Court Order on dog feeders and dog habitat protection. They should bring back the dogs from wherever they have thrown them or accept the responsibility of killing them.

We….( Alisha Sharma from Golf course road and Sangeeta Luthra from Sec-56) feed the stray dogs everyday on the Golf corse road,sec-55 and sec-56 dogs..
