Chief Minister of Delhi comments on stray dogs

Dear friends,

 

please read the article attached. The Chief Minister of Delhi Mrs. Sheila Dikshit has expresseed her surpirse and disgust over the presence of dogs, amongst other things, when she visited the CWG village.

This statement comes as if she doesnt know the Delhi High Court order and the law pertaining to dogs in this state of Delhi.

If the top leader of a state is so CARELESS and IRRESPONSIBLE in making public statements then what would be the state of the entire ministry working under her.

 

We must write to her and remind her of –

 

1) The laws pertaining to dogs in DELHI.

2) Her role as a CM – scope of work, responsibilities and restrictions

3) What we feel as citizens over her loose statements.
