perhaps you will find it worth your while to issue a legal notice to this housing society (jvsas) for yet another instance of animal hate. but i will understand if you find a reason not to.
here is the video of the notice the housing society has put up outside both sectors under their control, sector 21 and 25. needless to say dogs in my sector have reduced greatly. i have to go looking for dogs to feed them, and find only a handful who are already being fed by a couple of people in my sector. perhaps i may remind you that from a number of 45 on December 01,02,03 & 04, 2010 their numbers suddenly slashed down to 10 on December 05, 2010, the date I submitted my complaint against the chairman of that society who threatened me on November 01, 2010 that he would purge the two sectors of these dogs by poisoning them within one month ! but perhaps you will take that in your stride.
i scanned and emailed you six months ago, my initial complaint as delivered to my local police station at sector 20. it will probably make you smile again that rather than an F.I.R. being lodged on this complaint an N.C.R (Non-Cognisable Report, in other words ‘police may take no cognisance of this report‘) was filed on my behalf; but unfortunately for me i have no experience in telling the difference, so when S.H.O said ‘your F.I.R. is lodged,’ I trusted him. it might even make you laugh further to know that i was falsely told by my local Enquiry Officer that the accused in my complaint had as a consequence of my “F.I.R” been ‘bounded’ to appear before City Magistrate once every fifteen days. my solicitor awaits his fee to file a further case of criminal defamation (re defamatory/intimidating notices put up about me, again which i have emailed you in the past) and i am not sure anymore…
hopefully in time, when ALL dogs are vacated from both these sectors a government body will come to light and say here we are, what needs to be done, oh no point now, there arent any animals left!
