Extremely inhuman act by a Doctor in Vasant kunj area on a innocent dog in public which could not be called less than a murder. The incident happened on 15-4-2012 in Sector B ,pocket 8, Vasant Kunj on the staircase of Flat no. 6025 to 6032 . Incidently this dog who became the victim of this criminal act of the doctor whose name is Mr Tayal and is a resident of Sector B, pocket 8 ,flat no. 6056 was barking at some other dogs and one of the dogs happened to be this doctor’s pet dog . The doctor first grabbed the poor dog from behind in front of the entire residents who were taking evening walks and small children who were playing in the park and beat him up at around 5.45pm . The dog got extremely scared and ran towards the staircase to save him self and hid himself. Within no time the doctor came with a sharp instrument/key and with a dog mouth closure .The doctor climbed the stairs to trace the dog and finally closed his mouth and got him downstairs on the ground floor of the building. The most shocking and scandalizing moment happened when the doctor sat on the Dog and started stabbing him in his eyes and face. The dog bled profusely and shat out of fear and the small children witnessing the incident ran and cried in panic. Apparently the doctors own daughter kept her father requesting not to commit such a heinous act. The site was just not horrifying with blood all around but traumatizing for the little children who witnessed it. These children went back home and called the ambulance for the dog while the dog was lying in the pool of blood completely unable to move and crying loudly. The site of blood was so scary that the same had to be cleaned.
