John Abraham recently shared a series of tweets in which he requested to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Cabinet Minister Of Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Parshottam Rupala to amend the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PCA) Act. He wrote, ‘Cases of barbaric cruelty to animals has been on the rise. @narendramodi ji @PRupala ji, please pass amendment to PCA Act in this monsoon session of parliament. Heinous crimes of brutal torture & killing animals must be made non-bailable and carry exemplary punishment #NoMore50’.
