Four-month-old female black Lab pup, Engen (pronounced In-gen), is suspected to have been stolen from a house in Vijay Nagar, Single Storey, North Delhi (North Campus) between 4-5 pm on 08 October. She was tied in the building’s 2nd floor common landing. The upstairs neighbours had complained about her being there, and shortly thereafter Engen disappeared along with her collar (red) and leash. It was impossible for her to have got loose on her own, she was taken, possibly by the long-haired stranger seen entering the building around the time she disappeared.
