Sir,

Kindly refer to the media reports about conflict between humans and wildlife in Uttarakhand and many wild animals are being killed – hunted by the villagers along with shooters and poachers, where as being an Govt. property as per section 39 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 all wild animals should be protected by the concerned officials but they are totally failed to perform their official duties including Minister concerned. Many tigers has been killed along with leopards and concerned officials keep silence on these killings, for example leopard was caught safe and sound but all concerned officials again failed to perform their officials duty and villagers snatched the caged scheduled one animal leopard and then burned alive, what a shame on them.
OIPA is an Italy based NGO duly affiliated with the United Nations ( Department of Public Information ) since 1992 – www.oipa.org and undersigned representing OIPA in India, we have served notice to all concerned as per legal provisions for strict legal actions against all offenders including tainted wildlife officials who failed to protect their wild animals being an guardian.
Hence you are humbly requested to look in to about serious negligence at their part along with the working of the Minister concerned – Chief Wildlife Warden.
