Instead of waiting for Sunday to protest, we got together at Super Mart today and walked up to the house of the killer dog boy . We felt that the issue required urgent attention. Umesh Gupta presented himself as the lawyer(which he is) and keeping the local residents in the backyard for fear of avoidable reprisals, we the outsiders did the talking. They dramatically showed innocence about their son’s activities and promised not to get it repeated.
On consensus we decided to wait till Sunday which is the killer game day, but at the same time @ and @ would be on alert and we would be prepared to reach them in need. The DCP has also assured full support if they repeat this brutality as we keep our police complaint on hold..
Friends, this is something new that a resident is using stray dogs of his house to kill and disperse all other stray dogs, something like a langur for the monkeys.

This has been going on for the last two years and on local action by those named above it stops for a short while and resumes very soon thereafter. Two days ago an old female dog was brutally meshed off by the killer dogs on directions of these boys. Most of the stray dogs habiting the residential lanes in the vicinity have been pushed out or killed.On suggestions from Phase 4 animal lovers, we should first go and give a handout of concerns and laws to the house of these boys who are sons of a cop posted with the Bomb Disposal Squad of Gurgaon. The writeup will have an alert that this should stop or we go ahead with legal action which may harm the career of these young boys.Sunday, 1st Feb. afternoon at 3 pm would be a good time to get together before Supermart DLF Phase 4 to go to the house under directions by Chris and Kamal.How many of you can join this protest?
