Ramapuram, Kottayam district Kerala: Dogs without license will be killed- order issued by Ramapuram panchayat Special Grade Secretary. For license the dog owners has to produce a dog vaccination certificate and with it has to apply for dog license. Dogs has to be chained 24 hours. This is shocking. This is harassment of dog owners and dogs by Ramapuram panchayat instigated by kerala kaumudi. This order will also help robbers.
